What does it cost to activate my Pro Membership?

To activate your Pro Membership, we ask for you to pay $139.98. Then you pay just $69.99 monthly to keep your membership active. Your activation fee includes your first and last month of service. We do this so there is no interruption in your services if you need to update payment information and miss your standard billing window. What does my Pro Membership include?

Great question! We like to see it as everything you need to live your life and run your business while on the go, while saving money! Our travel benefits alone can save you hundreds off publicly available prices every time you book a hotel or car. You’ll also have instant access to all the ways to build and monitor your business, plus doctors and tech support on call 24/7.  

Can I save on services I'm already using as a Pro Member?

Yes, you can!  You will find that your Pro Membership includes industry-leading services that will replace many services you may be using currently, saving you money. You’ll also likely get services you have never had before, which come with additional peace of mind!

When will I be charged again?

You will be automatically charged on the anniversary of your enrollment. For example, if you enrolled on the 1st of the month, you will be charged on the 1st of each consecutive month.

Where can I see my billing history?

Your full billing history is available within your online customer portal. You will receive instructions on how to access your account right after you enroll. All your Viv product and service subscriptions are accessible in one convenient place.

Why do you charge both the first and last month to activate a Pro Membership?

We like to be super transparent! To activate your Pro Membership, we ask for you to pay your first month and last month up front totaling $139.98. Then you just pay $69.99 monthly to keep your membership active. We do this so there is no interruption in your services if you wish to cancel at any time, or if you need to make a change in your payment options to stay active.

What if I want to cancel?

If you would like to cancel your membership, you can contact our support team at 833-VIV-LIFE (833-848-5433) Monday – Friday from 10am to 4pm ET, or drop us an email at any time to support@justviv.com. Remember that you paid for your last month to activate your membership during enrollment, so you will still have one full month remaining to enjoy your services as a Pro Member.

Yes! We love how excited people get when they save money, and we want them to spread the word far and wide. Our Customer Referral Program rewards you AND the people you refer! For every new customer you bring in, both you and the new customer will have $10 in Viv Reward Credit added to your account. 

How do I refer people?

You’ll see a link at the bottom of most every update email we send you with a status on your savings. You’ll also see your personalized referral link in your customer portal, right at the top of the home screen, along with your Viv Credit balance. Just login, and look for the banner that says “$10 for them. $10 for you.” 

How do I spend my Viv Credit?

It’s automatic! Your Viv Credit will be applied to your next bill, so you don’t even have to think about it or request that we redeem it! We will always check your Viv Credit balance before charging any other payment option.

How many credits can I receive from my newly-referred customer?

Each new customer you refer will generate $10 in credit to your friend and $10 in credit to you, regardless of how many bills they upload — even just one bill! Our Referral Program is designed to show you how much we appreciate you spreading the word about Viv. We know that once people find savings on their bills or see how much they benefit from our other services, they’ll be back for more. And, just like with you, their savings ARE their reward!
